About NEET UG
NEET UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is the single entrance exam for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, B.Sc. Nursing, and BVSc courses across India. Conducted by NTA annually.
Eligibility
Class 12 with PCB, minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC). No upper age limit. Indian citizens and NRIs eligible.
Exam Pattern
200 MCQs (180 to attempt), 720 marks total. Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany + Zoology). 3 hours 20 minutes.
Counselling
MCC for AIQ (15%), Deemed, Central universities. State counselling for remaining 85% state quota seats.
